Please note that if you upgrade from SkyMap Pro 10 to SkyMap Pro 11, you will just receive a replacement program CD-ROM. If you upgrade from an older version of the program, you will receive both the program and the picture CD-ROMs.

All shipping outside the UK is made by "international signed for" delivery, due to the extremely high proportion of packages which go astray when sent by standard delivery. We apologise for the extra expense of this, but it has, regrettably, proved necessary for both your and our benefit; your benefit in terms of actually receiving the goods that you've paid for, and ours in terms of not having to send packages multiple times, with the cost and time overhead that entails.
If you decide that SkyMap Pro 11 doesn't meet your requirements for any reason during the first 30 days after you've bought it, simply return the complete package in good condition, together with your original invoice or sales receipt, to our UK publisher and we'll give you a full refund of your original purchase price (excluding any shipping costs).
If you are an astronomical equipment dealer or an astronomical society and are interested in selling SkyMap Pro yourself, please contact either our US or UK publishers at the addresses shown on the order forms above. We are often asked what our upgrade policies are. A new version of SkyMap Pro is released roughly once a year, at which time all registered users are sent a letter. Owners of any previous version of SkyMap or SkyMap Pro, no matter how old, can always buy the current version for a considerable discount over the price of the new package. There is no obligation to buy every upgrade; if one particular upgrade doesn't add anything you require, you can skip it and upgrade when the next version is released if you wish.
