All shipping outside the UK is made by "international signed for" delivery, due to the extremely high proportion of packages which go astray when sent by standard delivery. We apologise for the extra expense of this, but it has, regrettably, proved necessary for both your and our benefit; your benefit in terms of actually receiving the goods that you've paid for, and ours in terms of not having to send packages multiple times, with the cost and time overhead that entails.
If you decide that SkyMap Lite 2005 doesn't meet your requirements for any reason during the first 30 days after you've bought it, simply return the complete package in good condition, together with your original invoice or sales receipt, to our UK publisher and we'll give you a full refund of your original purchase price (excluding any shipping costs).
